My name is Anastasia Mosiou and I am an expat psychologist coming from Greece, currently living in Leiden, the Netherlands. The idea of becoming a psychologist took root during my adolescence when I discovered my passion for supporting people around me and my empathy for individuals grappling with psychological challenges.

My journey in the field of psychology began by pursuing a bachelor in Psychology at University of Crete. After completing my bachelor studies, getting experience as an intern, as a volunteer and, finally, as a certified psychologist, I decided to do my masters in Clinical Psychology at Leiden University. Since August 2021, I have been living in the Netherlands, aiming to build a career as a psychologist-mental health counselor and support the international and expatriate community.

Being an expat myself, I can totally relate to the difficulties experienced by people who live in a foreign country. Thus, my mission is to ensure that every individual is heard, understood, and supported, regardless of where they are or where they belong.
